How It Works:
- Fill Out the Form: To participate in our Christmas Tree Disposal Fundraiser, simply fill out the online form provided. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information.
- Confirm Pickup: Within the 7-10 days of your submitted preferred dates, one of our friendly ASA team members will contact you to confirm the details of your tree pickup.
- Prepare Your Tree: Before the scheduled pickup, please remove all decorations, lights, and ornaments from your Christmas tree. Make sure it’s ready for recycling. Though you can have your tree already pulled out to the curb or porch for pick-up, it is not required.
- Pay the Pickup Fee: A pickup fee of $20 will be collected at the time of pickup. This fee helps support ASA’s repair program and operations, allowing us to continue providing essential automotive services to our community. You can pay this fee ahead of time by donating on our website www.autoserviceassist.org and going to our donation form or simply click HERE. If this is not paid ahead of time it will be assumed you are paying in cash or check the day of. Please know that our volunteers will not have change on them for safety reasons and all checks are to be made out to Automotive Service Assistance.
- Tree Pickup: On the scheduled date and time, our dedicated ASA volunteers will come to your doorstep to pick up your tree. We’ll handle the transportation and recycling of your tree.
